The homeowner meets for consultation with a Garden Design professional. who then produces a design geared towards the homeowner's preference.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Garden Design works as a team from the time the homeowner calls the company to inquire about our services until the landscape is complete and beyond.

A landscape designer is assigned to the customer and arranges an initial consultation to find out the homeowner's needs and preferences. He then offers some suggestions based upon the homeowner's concept of how his or her garden should be. The landscape designer then goes back to the office and produces a design which he submits to the homeowner along with a cost estimate.

Upon acceptance and signing of the contract, the work order is processed and a professional installation crew is assigned to install the project. Upon job completion, the homeowner and landscape designer walk the property for final approval and this is followed up by a letter of completion on which the homeowner can comment on his assessment of the service, quality, and professionalism of the Garden Design team.

We have a customer service person in-house, available to listen to the homeowner and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Our goal is to make sure that the homeowner is completely happy with the work preformed by Garden Design. A happy, loyal customer will call on us again and again to help out with future landscaping endeavors.
